It's bin a while since the back axle went in but just got round to sortin' out these pics. After the donor axle came out....

it was time for a clean. Got the degreaser and me pressure washer out and gave it a bit of a blast...

Once it had dried off ah got stuck into it with awire brush, angle grinder, more wire brushes on the drill and some sand paper...

then it was time for the primer...

wasn't too sure what ah was goin' to do with the ends, but decided to keep them instead of replacin' them, came up ok in the end...

Excellent thread with nice big easy to see pictures and description.

If only the Haynes manual was printed like this I wouldn't spend half my life looking at tiny B&W pictures wondering what the hell it is meant to be.

My wife has me movin park benches and alsorts of different things so she dont get them in the picture!
You just dont care enough thas all :)

Aye, haynes is a pain in the erse 'specially when they stick picks of different things in when all ye want is a piccy of the thing ye're workin' on!!

naw, there goin on landyzone though much more important, dont want people thinkin they gotta drink krony to work on their landys this lot are bad enough sober!!!!
