after reading the write up on the tractol it appears to be the same as the truck chassis black ive used in past
so i will use that this time around
so will post up some pics at the weekend before, during and after

I used some gloss black from wilkos and seems good paint. Gives a good finish and is quite tough, well its had captain clumsy (me) doing work around it and theres no chips so far.
Before the black we put 2 coats of red oxide and a coat of silver 2pack on the chassis to help protect it a bit more
