Hi
After searching it's clear that I may need to go back to fixed hub however, before throwing in the towel on a 24 spline AVM FWH, I thought I'd ask for help.
The rather than write a confusing tome that will bore your pants off, I've made a video to explain what the problem is.

In essence the castle hub nut seems too big to fit into the FW hub. I bought it second hand and got all the bits disassembled. Do I need the nut and is so, how does it fit together? :confused2:
What's new? 24 spline Half shafts and the matching FWH. The rest is all pre 1980 and I've still got the old HS and fixed hubs. (Plan B)

P.S if anyone has a link to or copy of the Manual for 460 AVM FWH I'd appreciate it.
