i had the bearing seize last week, replaced it but the threads are stripped that hold the tensioner on, does anyone have a pic of the threaded part off on engine or the part number? is there enough room to fit a bolt in from the back instead? help

I am fairly sure its a stud and should be easy to remove and replace with a new one, just lock another nut on and unwind it, you may need to remove tensioner first to get a good bit of thread.

no no :) the threads are stripped on the hole on the engine side, looks to be the part that holds the water pump/pas/alt

Oh OK that end, then yes you are correct the ali spacer needs to removed then, this is where the P gasket is behind, you will have to helicol it or get a replacement.

do you have a pic of it or a part number? is there anyway I can put a bolt in from the back?

Sorry no pics, a helicoil would most likely be best not to hard to do, but be ready to removed the part first and change P gasket behind, this could cause more problems to be had with some of the bolts/studs rusting into the clearance holes, do some searches on P gasket replacement.
the part you are looking for is a auxiliary mounting bracket should be easy enough to source secondhand form a scrap engine.

It had a head gasket a few months ago so I assume it would have all been apart to do that?

No reason why you can't helicoil in situ (without stripping anything out) as long as you have a good eye for accuracy and a steady hand. You can remove head without disturbing these items so not necessarily so
