What you are describing is the default position adopted by the eat (electronic automatic transmission) ecu when a fault is logged in the eat ecu.
In Rave, the land rover discovery workshop manual, there is a list of about 19 faults which will trigger this default position.
So you need to have your fault codes read by a, test book, nanocom or hawkeye diagnostic tool, other fault code readers may not give a true reading as discovery td5 is not obd2 compliant, using landowners own code system.

Most likely a bit of water got into XYZ switch, but there are other things that can cause it. Poor battery / power, oil in Ecu etc.
Where are you located? Find someone close by with a code reader

I sustain completely what's said in post #2 ... the rest is a guessing game
Cleaned and dried both Connectors to the autobox. Removed the bottom plate. Cleaned the solenoid. New filter and oil. Still same error. "Pressure regulator" can't get official diagnostics as in Ukraine! Maybe the xzy switch thing? What is it and where do I find it? Thanks for your help and replys people.

As long as the LCD shows you accurately what you select with the lever i doubt it's the XYZ switch but what ever you do if you go just based on guesses it can be more expensive than buying your own diagnostic tool and fix the real fault from the beginning, bite the bullet and buy a Foxwell NT520 Land Rover(the cheapest reliable tool you can get) and it will pay for itself in no time

Like sierraferry stated, definitely get a diagnostic tester. It'll help you immensely when troubleshooting these beasts. The Foxwell is good that I've got one.
The XYZ switch sends an electronic signal when you shift PNRD321.
It is bolted on the automatic transmission that you can access under your Disco.
