yes if you use disco 200 box and adapter plate ,drive plate etc,is best to move engine forward
as in what is the flywheel housing on the engine with a manual box.

it has its benefits as well as draw backs ,above 50 ish makes no difference

I wouldn't have one for around town for love nor money. It would have to be wound up to make it acceptable for lots of around town driving.
Me I'm a bit old fashioned I like me clutch and a manual box. You can blow your box into pieces let the lay shaft fall out the bottom and you can still get home in 4th!
