hi i have a 300tdi auto disco last night it come to a slow stop it reverse fine but in drive it will not go. if u put it in drive and rev it it will move very slowly. can any1 help please

Have you checked the level of transmission fluid??

check colour of oil too by draining a little out blackish you will need a new A clutch pack

Thanks I have took a little oil out and it is black 
it smells burn aswell. Where is the best place to get a clutch dom and rug how much?

check oil or what remains ogf oil in the replacement ,its not an uncommon fault, if you lived nearer i could eaily show you how to replace the clutch in yours bearing in mind yours may be not worth doing but id say 90% ive done have been well worth doing

Yeh I no wat ur saying I hope this one is ok wat I have got. I was hoping I could get the gearbox in mine sorted as a spare but see wat happens. If. Don't mind me ask where abouts r u?
