In many cases yes, they don't habmve the experience in some models especially the "old" stuff...
We were asked by LR Angoulême here in France if I did the older models?? I said yes as they don't touch them. :eek:

I remember, years ago, being told to come back on Friday, as the only guy the dealer had who dealt with old vehs was in then. At that point the Golden Girl was 8yrs old. I laughed and asked what age they considered old, " anything over 3yrs old" was the answer. :eek:
It's not like the old days when dealers were happy to see older models, as it kept their reputation alive. They now have technicians, not mechanics.
