Well what can I say!

the last couple of days there has been a pair of Raven decide that my Disco 2 should be their home, play area and dining table!

they have been attacking the glass and rubber all over the disco, they have actually broken the the rear wiper arm, taken chunks out of the rubber seal at the bottom of the windscreen and been landing on the door handles and pecking at the glass.

very very strange behaviour, had a quick look on google and it looks like it quite common in the states at least, no real scientific reason is given but some theories on the rubber having some minerals that they need and the reflections in the glass thinking it’s another raven!

the rear wiper arm is an easy fix but what about the rubber seal at the bottom of the windscreen... is this needed to keep the front area water tight? Are they easy enough to find and replace?

not had time for a real good look but here’s a few pics

A sign the Vikings are about to invade.
They gather land objects and return to the ships that sent them.
I hear Erik the Fungus from Ireland is sailing, so you never know. You must lay garlands of four leaf Clover and quantity of Guinness.

Unfortunately ravens are protected under the general license so that’s not a legal option.
As an avid shooter/Hunter I’m not afraid to take anything legal.

moved moved the disco and no raven attacks so far!
What about the rubber seal on the windscreen? Easy enough to source/replace?

I think for the A-post finisher, you'll need to source the entire moulding, which comes with the rubber installed. For the windscreen bottom seal attached to the intake plenum, the part no. should be JAE100120.
