The forum awards trophies automatically.
There are a lot of specialists on the forum, but few of them mention the name of their businesses unless they are forum sponsors.
Because if we wanted help from a specialist we'd find one. We don't like them imposing themselves upon us. The forum has rules to protect us from being inundated by the stuff (Spam). Otherwise, this forum would not be the supportive place it is with genuine people offering free help.

Oh I see. I can see the point of that and understand. My take on it was I sell this machine to many and get a lot of questions. Probably a bit thoughtless mentioning Launch.
