I don't like the wheels or the 205/16 Mud terrain tyres. I want the original "cream" wheels and skinny tyres if anyone has any suggestions.......

Erm...how much 'skinnier' do you want them?? Those cream coloured wheels go for pennys on ebay..

I have a set of original rims coming but im unsure if they are 750 16 or 205's. I can let you know when i find out.Im in Kent but travellin to Leeds soon i could meet if they are what you are lookin for.

Let me know. I was going to buy some rims, stick 'em in the garage and then wait until the existing tyres need replacing and do it all in one go. I know they are available on eBay but finding some local enoughg to "pick up" isn't aslwats easy. Perhaps you could PM some pics and contact details "karlos"?

No. I would have preferred no chequer plate too, but it's very clean and original inside, original carpets, some La Salle optional extra trim I think. All the original La Salle brochures, price list, parts and accessories manual and owners manual were included as well!!

I don't know anything about Series 3 Landys. What's the consensus about the wheels though. Keep them? get 'em painted? Would road tyres improve the handling? (I didn't buy it for off roading)

i think the wheels look good. i have origional cream wheels on mine with brand new tyres on them. 3 good wheels one a bit tatty. if your tyres are good i will do you a swap if you want.

The tyres look pretty old but there's plenty of tread and the spare on the bonnet has plenty of tread too. Can you attach a pic of your truck/wheels so I can take a gander?

would look better with 1ton steelys, look ilke series wheels but 2" more offset. also 750's or even 900's if you can get them, would be sweet.

Where in Northants are you?
If you get stuck, I can probably let the original wheels on my 109 go, could do with a lick of paint though

I live near Wellingborough. I would be happy to collect your wheels from Worcester if they are free. A neighbour of mine can blast and sand them. I've checked the tyres I've got and they're Kingpin (remoulds I think), but I think I'll wait until it needs to be reshod before I use other wheels.

Can you PM your address and contact number please Scrappyloz, I could always collect them from you as I would be about 75 minutes away. Where abouts are you Keymeister? Would it be possible to upload a pic so I can look at the wheels? I assume my 205/16s would fit. I appreciate your replies, thanks.

I've just picked up a set of 5 "Limestone" coloured steel rims, complete with Avon Rangemaster 750/16 tyres for............ £30. Well pleased!
