The coin holder and ashtray on my Disco 2 don't pop out any more and on investigating the springs that should be fixed to the unit they sit in have broken off and disappeared somewhere in the back of the dashboard area – it would be a major task to pull everything out to try and retrieve them.
Seems a simple thing but I can't seem to find anywhere where you can purchase just the springs, new units are silly expensive and even second-hand ones seem quite pricey whereas a couple of springs I would have thought would be rather inexpensive. Only thing is they don't seem to be available – anyone had the same experience and been able to find them? If so where?
