Need a set of standard Armstrong dampers/shocks for my Ninety. Can not seem to find them for sale in most the usual 4x4 parts sites for some reason. Have they stopped making them? See they still produce lever arm for classic cars.

There seems to be a few Armstrong rears around (Blackdown off road) but as far as I know they ceased to be a good few years ago.
Britpart black shocks (not the Gaz/yellow ones) are Boge OEM's which seem OK.

I can put another good word forward for the standard britpart shocks.

Used the Britpart ones on my 90. They have done fine and my old 90 has had a hard life. Works ok.

Rang a local parts chap and he had a some Armstrong rears on the shelf. Last ones he said and seems like Armstrong dropping out of the Landy stuff. A few quid dearer but had them this morning which is good as had snapped a rod on old one playing on some lumpy ground the other day. They were old and had out lasted the Gaz I had on before several times over. Thanks for the comments.
