I would have guessed the same... however... having already changed a screen on the 200 previously, I know what a tight fit (or other choice words) it was to do and believe me I now have a lot more respect for Gavin at Autoglass!

Simple answer is no. There was something in Mr Noisy's thread about him fitting a 300 windsscreen to his 200 series and it seemed to be a ballache.

imho tis one of them jobs best left to someone whose had a bit of practice.

btw the rear door glass is different the 300 fits in a 200 door but the heated screen element has its connections in a different place..... the 300s got the connectors on the two bottom corners and the 200 has them both on the hinge side.

Once you get it just take to your local windscreen place and get them to fit it.. I've done that before.

I fitted my previous screen, it was a bitch but it fitted! Not bothered if it's tinted or not as long as its not broken :)

Just called Autoglass !! £700 +vat with their windscreen but today apparently there is a special day and they offer a discount if I book it today and that brings it down to £400!!!!
Now if you provide the windscreen the cost is £137 which is reasonable.

I ve got the 300 will I nneed anything else other than the windscreen ie rubber seal?
