Did you check the dimensions against the dimensions available in the rave manual? Just to confirm what is at fault?

Escape4x4 in Czech Republic. Might take it to the garage and see if they can fit it. Pretty tricky with two people as its 50kg

Looks a hefty bit of kit on the Disco, How much of a bodge was it? Did you look at the dimensions and see how much it was it according to design?

Yeah the inside chassis width was 33" on rave and the bull bar was just under. A bit of heating and tapping seemed to work.
Yeah she isn't light, around 55kg but should be ok and solves my issue of no recovery points on the front
