Hi All!

Iv just started renting a garage with a bit of land in front in thornbury, north bristol. There is a red Land Rover 110 in the car park in front that was last taxed in 2007. Its secure but full of land rover accessories. The actual landy is fooked and needs alot of work.

Just a shot in the dark but anyone know whose this is? Or know how i can find out? Iv asked around but noone knows...

Cheers
Jake

hpi or ring dvla an ask them to wright to registered keeper on your behalf have you asked the landlord

yea i have asked the landlord and he bought the land and the landy was already there. It hasnt been touched for years and its a secure compound so i didnt think it was worth leaving a message in the window....

Ah but you didn't say that in the first place :rolleyes: DVLA then, or possibly local plod, don't know if they could/be willing to help:confused::confused:, I'm not an expert in these things.

my bad :) Ill be speaking to the plod about it. Id quite like the spot lights on it :p

get a letter from the landlord instruccting you to clear the junk from the site then cut the bugger up

hang on if youve bought the land its common law that you also own any contents /assets contained within

such as when buying a house and find it full of furnature when yer move in the furnature is automatically yours as posession is 9 tenths of the law

but if yer dont want it ill take it orf yer hands fer £50
