I have a Freelander 2 and have just put it into a "fairly" local garage. No names at this stage but if they turn out to be good I will let you know who and where. I have the usual problem of a warning signal of loss of traction so think it is the Haldex presenting a problem. When it's fixed might like to try some of this green laning lark.
Belated update regarding Freelander 2. My local garage wanted a more complete assessment of the Haldex situation so they sent it to Keith Gott as you suggested. I suppose that makes them a pretty good garage to admit their limitations anyway Keith checked everything using a micro camera where they could not reach otherwise. Gave it a service and a good report so eased my peace of mind. As you said clearly "the place to go" in the first place.Should have just gone to Keith Gott in Alton, I can't recommend them highly enough, very good mechanics and impressive parts stores with everything you could ever need.
Me an the lads get out laning around once a month or so, see here https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/east-sussex-calling.286230/

I found Chichester 4X4 and Paul Rutter. Has anyone here used either before?
What do you want/need to fit?I have heard good reports of chi 4x4 but they don't fit second hand parts. I have old discovery and need to find garage that will fit them even if I have to supply. Any ideas?
