That needs refacing by the look of it from piccies.
Check the note of the anvil with a hammer. All the way along it should have a different note which should ring off just a drop lightly of the hammer and the hammer should feel lively against the surface. If it falls dead it needs refacing
I could pick it up and then bring it down as far as Yeovil on the 30th

Trewey, there is an ex navy surplus scrap yard in st Mary Bourne on all the old boats they had a smiths forge. The scrap yard is full of fly presses, anvils, (tanks) and the majority of them are in great nick
