I want to touch up areas of the paint that have blown, just wondering if anyone has suggestions on what colour or product this is.

Cheers

Jac

In terms of paint it really could be anything but you cant go wrong with a standard coach enamel. Not sure what the colour is though as does not look like a standard one.

I'll have to take some better pictures, but it's popped around the rivets and capping, and flaking on the wheel arch.

I agree it doesn't look like a standard colour!

flaking on the wheel arch.
My recommendation on that would be to pressure wash the wheels arches back to their correct original black colour (same with the wing mirrors and filler cap) but I am not a fan of body coloured arches. I assume you did not do the pain job as it has been given a proper farm job of spray everything, even the door handles have been covered!

Your local paint supplier should be able to match the colour if you bring in a part they can scan (the filler cap would be ideal for that)

Thank you, yeah I'll give that a try, I'm not a fan either of body coloured arches.

Yep painting was done by one of the previous owners, they must have only covered up the windows haha

I am a farmer but even I would have put some masking tape on the door handle, :Dhell one would get paint on ones hand as no time for it to dry properly.
Have a look at "Breakwells paints" site they do Tractol synthetic enamel and have a colour match service.

Bloody farmers and their painting 😉

I'll have a look on the site, thank you!

Might look into a matte black spray paint or even raptor 🤔
I would advise against raptor because it is textured. It is personal preference but it is difficult to remove once applied so you are then Stuck with it and any future resale will be limited because of it.

I would also start with a strong pressure washer. I would put a good wager that that will remove 90% of the paint on the arches as it is already flaking and unless the plastic was suitable primed (I would guess not based on the “masking” job done on the rest of it) it will not be stuck very well.
