i got a rr p38 v8 for everyday and a suzuki 1200 bandit streetfighter for when the sun shines,swmbo runs a audi a4 quattro v6 with a few tweeks:D

I have an 04 110 for when I want to enjoy driving - and an Audi A6 for when I need to travel miles and miles for work.

I've got my 90 and an astra van, i'm a self employed sparky so got the van on the theory that it gets used for work and the 90 is for playing. But in reality the 90 gets used for everything and the van operates as an extra shed and only gets driven when i break the 90.

Series III
Series I
Subaru Tribeca for family go anywhere use.
Honda Civic for work
BMW Z4 3.0l coupe for fun

my old disco 1 ended up as my main car, as its easier for me to drive.
(diebetis has buggered the feeling in my feet, and disco peddles are BIG to find)
I also got use of an old toyota corolla my son uses,
or my vespa scooters.
If all else fails, me free bus pass works on the bus stop outside my house,
and back again with no fuss or drama`s.

As I`m retired, I dont give a toss what I drive now,
as long as its reliable, and touch wood, my Landie is.

Nope- just got the Beast- although on days like today I wish I had a faster runabout car- took daughter to work , came back, picked her up , came back - 103 miles

I've got the RRC which probably does about 3,000 miles a year, if that. So far this year its probably done no more than 500 miles. It gets used for local runs, green laning, pay and play sites, tip runs, and lowering the tone of the neighborhood. I guess its a workhorse really.

My main car is a BMW 335i MSport. It does everything I need of it, Its very quick, good fun, VERY comfy, and fairly discreet. The only down side is that it drinks nearly as much fuel as the Range Rover.

I couldn't have the RR as my daily, its slow, unreliable, and given I use it mainly for off roading I really can't turn up to customer sites in it.....my employer would hit the roof (it all about image apparently).

I got my RRC V8 for playing, a 2.0petrol focus for the long 4mile trip to work and travel, the wife has an SX4 for the horsey bits and sprog carting. Used to have 2 RRC'S a van and a Fourtrak.

Need more space for the wifeys Merc, Pats Porsche, my Disco 1 mud plugger and my Range Rover TDV8.

I have the Disco for winter and off road fun and a 2 year old Citroen C5 for daily driver, feels like a rocket ship after the disco 2.2 Biturbo and hydrospastic suspension:D and the wife has a push bike and a pair of legs.

My 90 pick up, a fireblade and an rsvr 1000. Pondering the purchase of an old Capri or scimitar to learn to tinker on, or a project 90

I just have the 90,so problems with it are a bummer.

I do drive the work transit most of the time and can use it whenever.

The Disco (mine), Mondeo 2.0 (the wifes), couple of Trials bikes, horse box (at sisters farm) and me pushbikes .. ;)

I also have the use of, when I need one, a Transit tipper and a Manitou fork handler .. which has come in really handy twice for recovery of (other) 4x4's stuck in a ditch on sisters farm ..

Capri all day long. 2.8i although the 2.0 pinto engine was bulletproof and reliable.

See if you can find one of the final run of 1,053 280 specials that needs some TLC.

Cheers will keep an eyeball out for one, I've always had a quiet hankering after a Capri :D

I had three when I first started to drive and I really wish i'd kept just one of them.
Just looked on Ebay and the prices are huge.

Although I never owned a 2.8, maybe one day....

The huge prices was why I've been leaning a bit more towards the GTE they've less following, and are often seen rotting in a drive to be found again :)

Got the 110 for work / daily driver and the 90 for shooting and weekend fun.
What more could a bloke possibly want?

Well, actually the 110 is for sale cos I gorra get an auto (disco?) due to Doris havin an arthritic left knee.
