Be honest,it is little hard to have an RR in China,because lack of expert maintenance mechanic.First thing I would ask is what support do you have in China for a Range rover?
The TDV8 is better in the 4.4, but both versions are better than the TDV6.

Turbo's used to be ultra reliable on diesels until they started getting complicated with variable vane tech.I would not buy a diesel, especially with turbo's involved
