Right gents , I seem to have a light issue , I own a 92 disco 1 200tdi .... anyway when I flick my side lights on all is good , everything works fine ! When I flick my main lights on I have no rear lights ?? My brake lights still work and so do my reverse lights ... any ideas ??

Do the front side lights remain on? Are both filaments OK? All earths to the lampholders checked and OK? Next check the steering column stalk, it's not unknown to go faulty.

The front lights do stay on fine , I have since noticed that when I flick to main beam only one works .... so need to change that first and as for the stalk it appears to be fine but like I say will change that bulb this weekend and see what happens
