Well as you as ask the question,and the answer is only my own opinion here, three modes, 1st is a re chip, they change the chip to a more responsive remap of the fuel system or piggy back a chip on the existing [this is now considered old hat] 2nd re mapping or re flashing of the program, this is said to be the best method[more modern approach] might include rolling road test, but expensive, 3rd add on gismo ,most trick the maff sensor but not all ,lot on the market some very good others waste of time, myself opted for the gismo was well impressed, drove a mates motor who had the re flash, and no difference tween both motors except he paid over £600 and i paid bout £100 , but then as i say just my humble opinion, , ,celticbhoy said:Sorry to but in Ming, but could you tell me what the upgrade is and how will it make the TD4 more responsive?
