Because of my rad repair I was ripped off for 4 litres for £18-75 ... And it's already been watered down!!

How much does water cost nowadays FFS??

Rant over!!

I still buy it concentrated

What really confused me was you now have to know what colour is already in your car. How the hell would you know that

Halfords do 5 litres of the pink OAT stuff for around £25. Most motor factors are around the same money (not diluted)

Come on its easy

Pink for lady owners and also for the entire Freelander range

Blue for the men

green for the inbetweeners or undecided

B'stard! Now you tell me!!

Just got an email from eurocarparts saying they have a sale on till Monday, haven't looked at the price but they are usually pretty good for that kind of stuff.

Motorfactors or Agrienginerres like ourselves, we carry hundreds of litres of the stuff just find one near you

Finished up going to Halfrauds 5 l for £19'50 with me trade card!

Saved going to the other side of Newcastle to save a fiver!

Cheers, everyone for your help.

Tried to get stuff from them today, all the promo codes are off over the weekend, spoke to them on the phone and they say they have discounted everything on their site, so no need for codes.

As above, Euro Car Parts have a fairly good Easter sale on at the moment- free delivery makes it better if you can wait a couple of days.

5L of blue antifreeze, (concentrate, not pre-mixed) is £11.98.
5L of blue antifreeze mixed stuff is £4.79, again delivered free.

I, like you wanted the concentrated stuff, but when I realised the pre-mixed is less than half the price, I went for that. Bought 10 litres of the stuff for topping up purposes. I also have a Halfords Trade card, but their antifreeze is expensive..

It also seems, the modern pink/red/OAT stuff is now not much more expensive than the blue ethylene glycol stuff my old bangers need
