Hello all,
Im looking at replacing the shock absorbers and springs on my 1996 300tdi defender csw as the originals are not great anymore.
My main driving is on road with occasional pay and play days and forestry tracks, Im not looking at any type of lift as Im short enough as it is and dont fancy using ropes to get in and out.
I think standard shocks and springs would be fine as ive been happy with the original factory susupension setup.
Ive looked at Britpart Super Gaz, Terrafirma, procomp and armstrong (which ive seen at £109 for all shocks and springs) but have read mixed reports on all of these.
Has anyone any other recomendations that I should look at? I dont have a massive budget, maybe £200, So cant afford or justify Bilstein or OME.
Thanks.
