Hi. This is my 1st thread. I have a 2004 freelander td4 auto. I have looked through all the previous rear window threads but can’t find this problem. My rear window goes up and down fine other than it is not sitting in the top seal it is going up but to the outside of the seal. I have to push it in as it goes up to get it into the seal channel. Any body got any ideas. Thanks

Take door panel off and at base of runners are two nuts with hex keys on the bolt end. Loosen nuts and adjust hex to push bottom of window out a bit and hence top in. Instructions for door panel removal are on this site if you get stuck.

mine does same as OPs i just make sure i guide it in didnt even realize there was a fix thanks andy

Followed andyfreelandy’s instructions and the rear window now works perfect. Thanks for the help
