yes it is a bit un helpful he should have really known i would need help and put holiday off till i was up and running!!!!!!

If you holidayed in the UK it was probably the heavy rain and thick cloud blocking the signals judging by the TV news

Well if the EAS is working he can always go to max height and wade home as long as the sensors don't get wet
