someone's bid on it ! quite why you would want a series on a shogun chassis beats me. still at least the auxiliary drive belt cover is shiny and new !

obviously got to the point he was going to weld it to the bulkhead, and discovered the bulkhead was rotten, so stopped.

As far as i can tell there are NO series 2a parts on this landy at all.
Wings, Bonnet, doors, tub, seats + seat box, dash, = Defender
Chassis, Engine, gearbox, Steering, Brake's, wheels, axles = Disco / defender.

I bet the only series bit's are the plate and the V5.

there is still stuff to do to it but all the hard work has been done this is not road legal yet but it wouldnt take much to get it on the rd

.....like re-registering it as a hybrid??? I'm SO suprised nobody bid on this LOVELY tax exempt SIIa Cough!!!!
