There are a few dedicated ones for the l322 on the bay some write ups on here about it.
Iv found I prefer to keep the functionality of the built in system so keeping my old head unit and just use the phone via a parrot kit and stream music via a small fm transmitter off my phone.

Good luck with it tho

Fitted this kit into the CD changer port of my L322, which works well. You lose the CD changer use, but gain bluetooth hands free calls and music streaming, Spotify etc. One other quirk is that it only works when on the CD changer option, not with the radio. Call quality is good, steering wheel controls work well and retains all the orginal functions of the fitted headunit. IMPORTANT: This adapter is NOT compatible with radio models that have DSP.

If you do want to go for a new headunit? This one looks good, large screen, android 9, at a reasonable cost. Note: Range Rover L322 (2002 - 2004 *BMW Build Only*)

Hope this helps.
