Mark151151 Active Member Apr 8, 2014 #6 400 seems low for a sub. What size is it? I know I have 1 3000watt amp but it will be too big. Mark
MaxyMan Well-Known Member Apr 8, 2014 #7 It's a 10" sub. Ok well let me know if you've got any others
Mr Noisy Coming in your ears. Apr 9, 2014 #8 I'm driving a 10" sub off a 140w full range amp and it's fine Don't need ultra power for "some" bass Only fused it at 15 amp

Dr_evil Banned May 2, 2014 #12 I used to run an Alpine Type X V12 amp which was the dogs bollocks of competition class amps, they're getting cheaper on ebay now Before that I had a planet audio area 51 powering two competition class Pioneer subs, worked well enough and cheap too!
