or just confused since this fiasco with my mate and the discos cluttering up the garden wich i have cleared up now for the sake of saving our relationship i want to get a series project but the missus has put her foot down and said no more landrovers at all ever

so not to be out done ive decided to build a series from scratch but by getting all and evry pannel i can one by one and refurbing them then hideing them all in the loft or behind the shed

do you reccon ill get away with it

Just do it a garden isnt a garden without landrover pannels as orniments, my argument was the pannels make shade for the chickens try it

only if you buy chassis no and vin plate off a tax free one,try ebay or you want to start making model planes and progress to big things. On a serious note the best way is to slowley get under her feet and get in the way,then plant the seed about your idea but say no,cant do that thus after a while it will become her idea to get you out of the way.You have to becareful with this one and take it slow.but it does work.It helps if you get a friend in on it.Its taken me a 12 month but the missus loves her idea of turning the garden into a allotment she keeps saying how her idea has worked great and the veg tastes so much better:doh:

i dont think thatll work mate as i cant have chickens due to the dog (shes already eaten 2 blackbird chicks that landed in our garden learning to fly ) but me loft is empty and plenny of room for wings bonnet windscreen seatbox etc the rear tub will have to go in the hideyhole behind me shed

can the bits be sneakily brought in though? im currenty banned off of ebay after my last 'bargin' on a good note i have a log book for a series 3 that has died that should be easy to hide

ive got to the stage of makeing her lif as comfortable as possible with the little things like a couple of days before she starts her period i go out for a survival pack such as 2 packs of tampons 1 pack of nurofen and her favourite chocolate on standby

anything for an easy life and she doesent suspect a thing

thats all thats left of it we left most of it on woodhead it was that rotten my mate who was following rang me to speady up with the trailer as it was a hailstorm of rust, bonnet wings and rear tub, all i wanted was overdrive and gearbox it was cheaper to get the lot

ill keep my eyes peeled thinking back that one I got by just knocking on the door we bought a pair from near stoxbridge you will have seen them if you ever went to sheff thede been there years, try the hotwater bottle at that time to always gets bonus points!

tried the hotwater botle and got ****ted with it coz shes too hot in bed so i installed a fan above the bed and got some appreciation for it

Take up something else that takes you out most of your spare time, like helping a mate with his Landy or summat. She will get fed up with you not being around and will eventually allow you to do your hobby. My missus has kind of given up on me and my messing with scrap but she would rather I was messing about in the garage than out on the **** in the pub.

My wife wasn't happy when I got my S3 last year, but when I went to look at a S2 for bits that was the final straw! She actually kicked me out the next day. I went out and got drunk and ended up in bed with her friend's ex-wife, this lass is younger, fitter and likes Land Rovers, and I'm still with her! So - thanks Land Rover!
