right Got the nut off friday evening. Had to take rad out and rattle gun it off but its off, pulley had sheared off into two parts will post a pic at some point. i was lucky that it doesnt seem to have done damage anywhere else. new part arriving tomoz £50.00 instead of the possibility of a new engine.
