Hello again.

As title says really. Would the alloys from a 2004 model fit on my 1999 model? I believe some rims are a little wider would that mean my current 70/235 r16 tires would not fit on a rim with 255's or are they all interchangeable? I had read I could fit 255's on my current rims.

Thanks John. Do you know if the 235 tires would fits or are the modern rims too wide?

I would think they would as standard was 255 only 20mm difference
It's the aspect ratio you need to be careful off to keep the same rolling distance per revolution
