As the title suggests.. Wondered if anyone had fitted an Allisport VV Turbo to their 300tdi?.. If so whats the outcome? Pro's? Cons?

Thanks

Ive got a full frontal allisport intercooler and the pump tweaked to suit

good with out that you won't see much difference. you are putting in more air =more exhaust, so you might want to get that on the to do list.(new larger exhaust) How about a timing belt, and good high quality one, the extra juice you will be giving it might need one. they are cheap at this point compared to a shagged motor if it snaps when you hammer down;):D

have you or are you going to anything else to the engine?

Ive got a straight through exhaust turbo back and timing belt was changed early last year

good on exhaust but you ar adding 50-60hp maybe more and if timing belt goes................... would it be worth all the damage for what a 50 quid quality belt. I gamble but not like that, a belt is peanuts compared to the 1300-1500 quid you just spent

Totally agree fella.... Have you used a VVT yourself

according to Alisport the vvt adds most of its go, in the lower and mid range areas, so unlikely to shove an extra 50hp at top end

I had an allard one on my 300 tdi, bit of a faf to set up but once it was it was total transformation, went like sh1t off a shovel!!
