Hello all

Being the very delighted owner of an Allard VNT conversion 200TDI, I'm very baffled as to the problem that is sourcing a replacement diaphragm.

The very nice Mr Allard sent me a second hand replacement, it was not the right one, it didn't have the housing securing holes in it, please see attached photographs of the torn part that needs replacing. The picture of the diagonal bolt hole spacing gives no allowance for the size of the retaining allen screws, the calliper touches each of the furthest ends.

Apparently these are difficult to get. My feelings are, some other actuator from another model/make must surly exist, is it possible that this was a custom made diaphragm, just for the Allard conversion? If it helps it has EMT6 in raised letters on the surface

Please can anyone help to point me in the right direction.

Very many thanks in advance.

I would hazard a guess just about any of the turbo recon people could sort you out

You could use a different one, as long as it's set up to open the gate at the right boost.
