Hi

So what is best? I want something that's ok on the road, but provides maximum grip in wet mud and snow, and at the same time does not massively affect comfort, noise or fuel economy.

The Grabber AT2s do not appear to be available in this size. What about the Grabber UHP?

I have Grabber UHP's on, Aok so far and quieter than the previous Synchrones. I think they should be ok for light off road use and good in snow I hope. Time will tell.
