Hi All.
2003 Vogue 3.0 Auto Diesel
Wondering if anyone can shed any light on what has been happening to my big pain in the ass (i love her really)

had breaks seize on (all four) couple of weeks ago stuck it in to a garage i use all the time, replaced all for calipers, discs and pads. Ran great all the way to Largs and back the other day (Sunday), jumped in it today got no more than two miles from the house and the whole thing locked up again!

Tried to let it cool down for about an hour no joy, managed to get it to about a mile from the house then gave up, did not want to wreck new discs and pads.

Lights on dash and warnings: HDC Inactive & Air Suspension Inactive

So long story short wtf is happening to my big beasty????

Could the HDC system be stuck on and constantly applying the brakes??

Went back to the car about four hours later got about 100 yards all locked up again, pulling my hair out with this one!

Might help is you told us what the car is and the year.

I have disconnected the abs, so far seems to be running with no brake problems. So fault most likely be abs pump?

I would think the pump is unlikely, you need it on diagnostics, could be a sensor, the ECU or any number of other things.

As Datatek stated you need it on diagnostics. I think @Saint.V8 may have made that 'rule number one', in L322 ownership. You can chase your tail for weeks, guessing what it might be and others piping up, also guessing what it might be. Put her on proper diagnostics and let her tell you what is wrong.

iCarstoft i930 will do the diagnostic & clear stored faults. It will not re-program anything but generally useful for finding the issues. Probably the cheapest basic diagram for L322 & does a bunch of other LR & Jag too. Don't believe the full list, although it does have generic OBD for other cars.

Pity @holidaychicken is well into them.;)
I know that you have a matching set ;)
