I had one a year ago. Wouldn't run my impact gun or cut off tool at 9cfm. Sold it and bought a battery impact gun and a reciprocating saw. Cost me a few quid but wouldn't go back to air.

No, I'd tried 3ft breaker bar and nothing, except that feeling that something is about to let go in a spectacular way. I put the air gun on it and used a full tank of air, that takes longer to use than you would think, and then put a socket spanner on and off it came.

I wouldn't have thought a 24 litre capacity would cope to well with an impact gun, also it doesn't say what cfm it is. Look on eBay or Gumtree for a better spec used one

Actually it does it has a cfm of 6.35 but to be fair you have to look at the instruction book which screwfix kindly supply on their ad. Pretty sure my impact gun has an average CFM consumption of 5.5. Of course this is for light hobby use as opposed to heavy industrial use.

I know mine's not an expensive one and it's average is 8 cfm, I suppose it depends upon how stuck your nuts are:eek:
