Ok its looking likely that i will be buying a 93 defender 110 can anyone tell me if it will come with a factory fit alarm and or immobilisor?

No there is not an alarm/immobiliser fitted as standard to this model. You have to go for the TD5 to get a standard alarm, and not every version has it. I think that it was 2004 before all versions were fitted with an alarm.

From about 96my you could get the standard Lucas 5as alarm/immobiliser as an option with the 2 button fob - may even have been standard on CSW models,most that come into my workshop seem to have them.
Dont be fooled into thinking that any/many insurance companies will accept them though.
