Pretty sure there isn't one on a 200TDi (it's all mechanical/electrical rather than electronic).
Anyway those 20BHP resistor thingies are an absolute con and merely force the choke to stay on all the time - unless, that is, you enjoy fixing the symptoms of borewash).
Get a refund or ceremonially burn the snake-oil device forthwith..!!
Not tried it myself, but a bigger intercooler from a big turbocharged sports car or commercial vehicle combined with winding up the turbo boost is the easiest way forward (if, in isolation, not the most mechanically thorough). Use a boost gauge and don't go so far you melt your pistons...
You can buy more efficient intercoolers that plug in to the existing brackets and pipes, but they are about £250 I think.
