So that rules out a leak from the bags or piping. Intermittent height sensor problem or internal compressor glitch? You might want to do a search on intermittent SLS faults.
dont know, im thinking that prked on the camber with the weight of the trailer might have had something to do with it. gonna lower the jockey wheel to take the strain in future.

Raise the suspension up and spray a dilute soap solution over the bags. Any leak will give tell tale bubbles. When one of mine started leaking it got covered up by the overlap on some days and gave the impression it had cured itself.
New bags (get genuine Conti or Dunlop) and it's a very easy replacement.

It stayed up overnight, got to my spot and it has sunk. I think I will start with the bags, as you say, easy to fit by recollection.

Hi all ive not long bought a disco td5 when i bought it the truck was at normal ride height then but over the last few weeks its been getting lower and lower then today it completely failed on me so now im stuck as my td5 is my daily runner so need it back on the road asap ive checked everything over everything looks fine its not long had a new pump and lines fitted i had a look at the ride height sensors the rubber mounts are parished badly im stuck on what to do as im completely skint until next month. Ive looked into doing a spring conversion i have been offered a full used conversion from a breaker for £10 would it be worth me buying? But the other thing is ive also been offered free standard rear springs with bolt plates etc from a defender 90 they are not the original springs the actual springs are from a disco 1. I just need abit of help as dont really know what to do. Its my first ever landrover and since ownership its spend a fortune on fixing it. Thanks

Springs from a different car wouldn’t be my first choice to be honest. There can be many reason for them dropping, sounds like you may have a leak. Does the compressor still run?

Sure there are instructions somewhere online if you look for them. You will need someone with diagnostics to turn off your SLS system otherwise you’ll have a warning light on all the time.
