Couldn't find my previous post on this;
I am thinking on changing my disco back to air suspension.
Due to the previous post I had a good look again.
All pipe work is in place, height sensor present and working (checked with nanocom)
Compressor working via nanocom.
Relay and fuse present.

The only thing I can't get to work is the button in the dash, I think I have to switch the air suspension on some where in the nanocom but couldn't find that?

When the compressor was running we couldn't get air out of the pipe running to the airbag (well where the airbag used to be), is that because I didn't switch the system on?

Hi. The button on the dash is raise the vehicle for off road mode. You need to use nano to programme it from Coil to Air in the SLABS menu.

Thanks, so that would all be probably working. Only need to put airbags in and away ago? Almost to good to be true ;-)

Not sure how it would work, but is it worth finding somone with a nanocom and asking them to switch it on for a very quick test before you fit the bags, just to maje sure the system is working?

I have a nanocom ;-) Yes I don't think it would do any harm as the springs keep the disco up anyway.

I'm converting my d2 back to air and yes as the posts above say I had to program it back to air not coil to test my compressor but I've had to rebuild my wabco compressor and going to repipe it this weekend courtesy of work as who ever converted to spring cut all the pipes to short. While I'm at it in going to add extra pipes with lock off valves so if I have to I can pump it up manually if any thing fails.

I wanted to add a manual pump up pipes too. Could you post photos when done? The guy that removed the airbags in mine left everything sitting, thankfully,

Need to sort out my ACE first as I discovered that the previous owner took out the bulb on the dash so he must've been hiding something.
