hi all how often should the air suspension compressor run if all is ok with the suspension or do i have a leak ?? its a p38 2.5 1998

There's no hard and fast rule, it runs surprisingly often even if system fine, just topping up. Are you experiencing other symptoms.... slow to rise, dropping corners or ends overnight, pump running till it's so hot it cuts out, etc?

no it all works ok just last night was under the bonnet and heard it run then after a while run for a short period again
