Hi all after a water ingress problem in rear quarter local garage reset suspension inactive message car has been great for 3weeks got in it this morning dreaded inactive suspension message on yesterday had car raised in off road setting mode just to see all was well lights on switch are on so I thought maybe bad connection due to water, took conneter block apart and cleaned connections now suspension message on but lights have gone out indicating hard fault any ideas thank you

Diagnostics...your unplugging may have upset it....read codes - Clear them - see what pops back (if at all)

Hi been to garage today reset ,fault code read Reseviour presure Static when filling does this mean compresser has had it cheers .car is back to normal for now

As above.....although RS2000CUSTOM had issues and his was a stuck valve in the valve block...but 99% of the time the compressor is fecked....

Guys just reading this as my L322 today came up with the message hdc inactive air suspension locked ! Is this the type of message that means the compressor is "fatties leg" .. I've plugged in my rear which is basic but nothing, so I'm off to the specialists tomorrow £££ ..my truck has 128k on it so I suppose she's had a good innings ..

Has the battery gone low or disconnected at anytime???

Have you tried turning full lock left and full lock right and back to centre as this resets the Steering Angle Sensor following battery disconnection....

It may even be an ABS sensor failing as all the systems are linked!

Yea I noticed the abs light showing fault too, yea I've locked it both ways to reset the steering nothing andthe battery hhadn't been disconnected till after the fault rose.. I did it after in a bid to reset the fault code on the dash but no joy ..

Suppose I'll just have to see what the diagnostic outcome is ..but thanks though ..I'll let you know how it goes

Put your location in your profile, there maybe someone local with the gear to help out without you suffering garage prices!

I had similar! the wiring chaffs through where it rubs on the inside of the wheel rim!

If your pump is knackered in a knackered don't despair as you can get rebuild kits for them now . I did mine last week. It cost £25 and once you have it out of the sound proof dome it takes about 15 minutes to fit. My pumps was back to full strength once I had the fault cleared. I got the kit on ebay it's the same pump as an audi allroad .
