Hi,
I've got the air suspension inactive message and its stuck in normal height. I'm in Cwmbran South Wales. Is anyone reasonably local able to read what's wrong for me. Happy to contribute.

Thanks in advance

just start it up turn steering full lock left then full lock right then back to centre ;) prob low battery

The website claims it will work. I have an IID tool from GAP diagnostics and that does cover EAS, but is more expensive.
May be worth a quick look under your RR to check height sensors are still connected up properly (both electrical connections and the bars to the suspension arms). Make sure your battery is fully charged, as a low battery can cause all sorts of error messages.
Check the air compressor under the spare wheel

There was nothing obvious so took it to my local garage to be tested. The fault diagnostics were something like compressor running but pressure not rising and comms link lost. The chap cleared the fault and everything worked as normal. Pressure rose to 11.5 bar in less than the required time and all ride heights were correct and stable after the compressor stopped. Have been using it for a couple of days now and there have been no further problems. Fingers crossed it is OK.
