My Disco has just hit the Magic 100k and no listing in the service history of the bags being changed, If I mind right it is listed to change the bags at 100k miles.
It is all working fine sitting level and stays that way over night.

So to the question;

leave them alone and risk a leak or spend the cash and buy peace of mind

:) Rob

Keep the bags in - buy a spare in the garage if you want just in case. Its a fairly straightforward change over.

If you tow keep them. Landrover recommend changing the bags every 5 years, that's why I'm on my second wife ha ha.

You're a lucky b**ger.
Don't touch them!
As M6SJG says, get a spare bag for the garage.
One of mine only lasted 18 months.

I will never ask a question like this again:doh:

102,000 and I have a leaking air bag, drivers side is listing. used the soapy water and it has a hole on the fold.

Life is just great two bags on order.

Oh well :(

Ok you thought this was funny :D

Try this :doh::doh:

I have the air bags ready to fit.
Was out at the jet wash with my disco jumped up on the rear step to wash the roof and bang a shooting pain in my left leg.:eek:
Thank god it is an auto drove home and got the wife to take me to hospital. two hours later back out with a paster cast on.
I have ruptured my achlies tendon.
How am I going to change the bags now:confused:

sitting on the sofa foo up watching topgear.:)
