Hi guys,
When I drive over 120km/h on highways the air suspension deactivate after some time approx after 50km of driving. If I drive over 140km/h it deactivate after few km almost immediately. I need to stop, park in P position, hand break on, start engine and turn the wheels maximum left and right to calibre the steering wheel. But after short while it repeats again. L322, 2003, TD6, automat. Any idea why this occurs? I changed the battery for new one as the old one was low already. Thks.

@Mery there are a multitude of threads, on here, relating to air suspension deactivated. Have you searched through them to see if any bring you an answer.

When you get the message on the dash if you look at the height selector switch and have the middle light on it just means the suspension is locked at standard height and will no lower at motorway speeds you can carry on driving no need to stop, mine was doing this when tracking was out and the steering angle sensor needed re calibrating so that would be first thing to check.

If the message resets after doing a lock to lock reset.....

I would be locking at battery voltage first
Power to the ABS ECU second
And then the Steering Angle Sensor third

The lock to lock reset DOES NOT reset the EAS system, it resets the Steering Angle Sensor centre and extreme positions following power loss (i.e. disconnecting the battery).....

If the lock to lock resets the message, it is likely to be ABS/Steering Angle Issues......but a check on diagnostics wouldn't go a miss.
