Hello there, I had a similar problem. Mine was water geting into mullti pin plug inLeft side fooywell. Water had leaked in through pollen filter through vent fan out the bottom and down the wiring loom, cleaned and sprayed, filled with silicone grease and put together forcing out surplus grease. Been OK since. Good luck, JD

Ok i did the pump.... no joy so it must be the diaphragm (i hope) i will sort it out 2morrow and swat up on how to DIY it

OK its done, and sorted, goes up and down like the wife on my d*** :) the only problem I had was I didn't put one of the plugs in all the way and didn't realise, waited for about 15mins and it still wasn't working, so I went over everything and fond the plug (the one near the front) was lose, put it in all the way heard the click of the connector so I knew it was in then, pressed to go up and it shot up like a dream, thanks to everyone for the help especially you wam:D this was the culprit after all of that one little thing like this will just drive you crazy!!
