J Jay_fay06 New Member Oct 22, 2009 #1 Hi I have just realised that 2 of the fittings that hold my air filter down have broken. I have had a look and I cant seem to take off the old broken bolts? anyone else had this problem? Any advice would be good. Thanks

O onelife New Member Oct 25, 2009 #5 Sorry, its taken so long. Mine has 4 bolts, 2 on the head and 2 on the bracket, it looks like the only thing to do is to take off the bracket and stick in a vince and do it.

ratty I'm not special I'm limited edition Oct 25, 2009 #6 I'm taking it that it's a deepender? do you mean the bolts are broken or the rubber mounting lugs? If it's the rubber lugs, roofing silicone to re-attach them worked on my old landy.
