I have a manual windows, 2 vents in the front bulkhead and a sliding rear window, and they all work.

Yep, have to wear long thick socks, knitted woolly trousers, a couple of jumpers, big coat, gloves, scarf and a hat. With a fisherman's sou'wester over the top. That's in June

Most of the time the V8 provides plenty of heat through the bulkhead.

Two welly shaped holes in the bulkhead would be good, then you could put your feet through on to the block. Toastie

Had the genuine LR 2/50 air con on last summer (2 windows open X 50 mph)
Sudden hot stabbing pain in the plums department.
Emergency stop, jumped out to find a very angry bee doing his stuff through my jeans.
Not in the least impressed, must of had me 4 times. It hurt, a LOT.

who needs air con? I've got 2 front windows and 2 bulkhead flaps, don't need any open to get a nice draft going!!
